Is there anyone whose nasal tip dropped lower than their original nose after nose implant removal? I'm thinking of removing the silicone and columellar strut and only doing alar cartilage suturing, but I'm worried the nasal tip might drop lower than my original nose. Also, if there is anyone who had nose implant removal with alar cartilage suturing and experienced nasal pinching, I'm curious about that too.
