My nose had been diagnosed with a deviated septum, but I didn’t have functional-cosmetic surgery, just simple cosmetic surgery. They said they could correct the crooked nose even that way, but there was no change. It’s uncomfortable to breathe, so I want to remove the silicone and just have revision surgery without an implant. I’m looking for someone who can also functionally correct the deviated septum. An ENT diagnosed me, saying it shows on CT that the nasal bones are crooked. In cases like this, they recommend not putting silicone in for nose surgery and going without an implant, but I wondered whether a plastic surgery clinic’s opinion might be different.
