For my first surgery, I used septal cartilage, and of course it seems like artificial material was also added ㅠ For revision surgery, I was told to use ear cartilage. I really like ear cartilage, but my nasal tip keeps drooping and separating from the bridge, so I’m thinking about revision surgery. That worries meㅠ When I asked there, they said that even with autologous costal cartilage, people who are going to droop will still droop, so the important thing is to build it well, they said.
