Day 7 after complete nose implant removal

Surgical history: 13 years ago, Gore-Tex (definitely not silicone) and ear cartilage. 5 years ago, the nasal tip that had been raised with ear cartilage dropped noticeably, so I had revision surgery with silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage. Even then, I honestly didn’t want to use silicone, so I asked to remove the implant and just make the nasal tip shape pretty, but the doctor strongly advised against it, so the thinnest 0.8 mm silicone was used. Reason for removal: I never once liked the shape of the nose from the revision surgery 5 years ago. I asked for a round and cute nasal tip, but the tip was too pointy. It wasn’t exactly a glamorous, pretty nose either …
