Did your columella happen to come back down again? I had it removed 1 year after my first surgery, and after the first surgery my columella had completely disappeared, but after removal it came back slightly. Since my nasal tip seems lower, I keep noticing the columella ㅠ When I asked the consultant, she said it would come down, but the answer felt kind of vague, so I’m worried… Seriously, my nose… once I fix one thing I don’t like, another thing causes trouble. It’s such a problem ㅠㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
