On Saturday, I went to Apgujeong with my mom just for a consultation. Wow, maybe because it’s a place that officially supports TV actors, there were so many people... so I had to wait another hour.. Then during the consultation... they said I have a little ptosis.. I had lived without knowing it, but I guess the saying that you come to the hospital and leave with a disease is exactly right..ㅜㅜ lol Anyway, they told me to do medial epicanthoplasty and the double buried-suture method, and my mom agreed, and my dad finally agreed too, so I had it done yesterday,,ㅜㅜ But there were quite a lot of people again, so the surgery time got delayed by about 40 minutes,, Then my name was called, I went into the operating room, put on a headband, had all my hair pulled back, and they covered me with a green gown so only my face was showing.... They said they were going to disinfect my face... So I said yes.. yes, but suddenly my heart rate started getting really fast.. so they said, Patient!! Please don’t be nervous.. I was already known for being scared of things usually lol but at that moment I really felt like I wanted to jump off the operating table and run out... Only people who have done it really know that feeling, right^^?! lol And from the consultation I kept asking, does the anesthetic injection hurt a lot? What if it wears off? Even after getting on the operating table, I asked so much the nurse must have been sick of it;; Still, she answered kindly, so I kept calming down^^! Then the doctor came in and designed the lines, and even then I was so nervous.. The doctor kept saying, “Your heart is going to burst.” lol Then he said, “I’m going to anesthetize you,” and the moment the anesthetic injection went into my eye, “Ah!!!!!!!!!!!” Why does it hurt so much? They say it doesn’t hurt for people with a lot of fat, but for me it hurt so much I thought I was going crazy... I feel a bit sorry saying this to people who are about to have surgery, but really, if you just endure the anesthesia, after that it’s the sounds that are a bit..;; Sigh.. I’ve even had abdominal surgery before.. but I think this double eyelid surgery hurt more than that,,; Anyway, I’ve gone off on a tangent hehe^^ Then after the anesthesia, the light came on, and I could feel thread and something passing above me.. And because I could even hear the sounds, it was really scaryㅡㅡ And when they removed the fat, it really did smell like squid~! Um.. I actually thought the smell was pretty okay, so I kept smelling it lol And I remember the doctor saying, “Oh my, why is so much fat coming out?” and going oh my, oh my.. Suddenly he asked, “What color do you think the fat is?” So I said, um, yellow! Then he laughed and said, yes, that’s right, it’s a very yellowish color like cheese mixed with butter, and we exchanged fun little comments. Then the nurse said, “It will sting a little,” so I think I exaggerated for nothing.. When I went ah~~ahh, the doctor said, oh, this won’t do~? haha Anyway, during the consultation he seemed a bit cold, but he was very kind^^ It was good. And today I went for disinfection, and he said, um, the line is nicely set, and there is a bit a lot of swelling, but once the swelling goes down it will be pretty and reassured me^^ (though I wasn’t reassured..) Right now I’m writing this surgery review with eyes that barely open! lol Sigh, anyway it was really hard, and it must have been really hard for them to have a patient like me..ㅜㅜ I’m so grateful^^ lol Right now I look like a monster.. but they say time is the medicine, so I guess I’ll have to wait^^ Everyone! The pain is only in that moment, so if you endure just a little, you’ll be able to become prettier~! Let’s have hope, and let’s all become prettier♡ P.S> My eyes don’t open well, so there may be a lot of typos. Please understand^^
