Everyone, I’m in a really urgent situation right now. I have to have surgery tomorrow, and I’m also going to have surgery for a deviated septum and inferior turbinate hypertrophy at the same time. I need to receive insurance coverage, so I have to get the diagnosis names from an ENT clinic. Does anyone know how to get them? ㅠ I went to three hospitals today, but none of them would issue it for me. My surgery is literally tomorrow, what should I do?
