I got a nose job when I was too young and didn’t know anything, and I can feel it gradually becoming crooked, but I was scared and kept worrying about it. I finally made a big decision and am going around for consultations. I went to ㅌㅇㅅ, ㅁㅌ, and Cowell. Since ㅌㅇㅅ was my first consultation, I kind of got swept up and put down a reservation deposit, but I keep worrying about it. At ㅌㅇㅅ, they said they would use autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage too, and the quote was within the range I had in mind. ㅁㅌ said they would only use silicone, with no negotiation at all, and it was above what I had expected. Cowell said if septal cartilage isn’t possible, they would use donated rib cartilage. It was the cheapest of the three. ㅁㅌ had absolutely no price negotiation, and rather than improvement points, they said that because it’s Gore-Tex, removal is difficult…
