During my first surgery, I didn’t know anything and had silicone inserted to raise my nasal bridge, but I regret it so much that I want to remove the silicone and switch to donated dermis. I also want to lengthen my nose with rotation grafting and alar grafting so my nostrils don’t show. Can you recommend a clinic? The only one I know is ㄱㅇㅅ, but I heard it’s really expensive there ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
