I had implant-free surgery, and at the same time they shaved down my hump and did an osteotomy, but I think the doctor may have over-osteotomized. When I look completely from the side, the bridge of my nose looks okay, but when I look at the side of the nasal bridge, maybe because of the osteotomy, it looks sunken in. Under light, it even looks like an inverted V. Right now the left side is more sunken, and there are many times when I can’t breathe through my left nostril, so I’m really stressed. I just want to do full removal of the nasal tip and restore the osteotomy at the same time, but it’s not easy to find a clinic that does removal and osteotomy restoration simultaneously For now, I’m going to ask the clinic where I had the surgery whether they can do a re-osteotomy, but if they say no…
