Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Is it full removal, or just redoing the nasal tip..

The more hospitals I visit, the more each hospital's words all seem right, and I think maybe removal alone would be enough, but then at another hospital they say the shape will deform, so I waver again. It's a nose that had rib-particle nasal tip and costal cartilage 11 years ago. Sㅇ said if it's full removal then removal, if it's revision surgery then revision surgery, so because the nasal tip shows through, they said they would overlay ear perichondrium. At GㅇS, they said to redo only the strut and alar graft with ear cartilage. The question is whether to do full removal or just the nasal tip, and if only the nose doesn't turn upward, I'd do full removal, but the key is how much it will turn upward. Could anyone who has done full removal tell me? The suffering is really...
