Saddle nose after septal surgery

I thought it was rhinitis and went to the hospital, but they said it was a deviated septum, so I quickly had surgery before getting a job. It’s been about 3 years, and people around me have been saying my nose looks a bit lower. When I took a side-profile photo, it did look like saddle nose, but overall it has become lower starting from where the cartilage begins. I’m thinking about revision surgery, but are there failure cases for this too? For the shape, I think it would be enough as long as the height and angle of the cartilage match the bone at the starting point of the nose. If possible, could you also recommend the price range and hospitals haha
