I feel like I’m going to lose my mind I keep looking in the mirror. Today, my columella was crooked, so I got an early correction. The nasal column is straight now, but my nostrils are uneven. One nostril is lifted on only one side, so it looks pinched like a pig nose. In cases like this, could it also be swelling? From the front, only one nostril is way too visible.
