I've been continuously doing the stretching from Lee So-ra Diet Part 1 Since I don't think I'll be able to eat much after surgery, I figured I might as well try dieting too^^ But strenuous exercise isn't allowed... I'm thinking of walking and doing Lee So-ra stretching (it's not intense exercise) ... Would stretching also strain my nose? And what about hiking? It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the mineral spring on the neighborhood mountain.. Also, if I drink a lot of water, will I swell more? I drink a huge amount of water normally, you know~ Should I drink less water, or is it okay to drink a lot? And does pumpkin porridge help with swelling? Please answer I'm desperate~
