Has anyone had their nasal tip become blunt and bigger after rhinoplasty? I had nasal tip surgery with septal extension using autologous costal cartilage, but my mouth area also looks unnatural, and I’m suffering from a hard foreign-body sensation. If I remove it, will it go back to the way it was? I’m considering ㅍㄹㅁ and ㅅㅅㅇ, so if anyone has removal experience, please share information ㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
