13 years ago in Gangnam, I had nasal bridge filler and a cartilage-tying surgery, but as time passed, cartilage scar tissue started protruding on both sides of the columella, and my nasal tip was really low, so I hated taking photos ㅠㅠ This time, I had functional nose surgery with septal reconstruction using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage by an ENT specialist ㅜㅜ The doctor from my first surgery had torn up all of my septum and put in donated cartilage. I found that out this time when I got a CT scan and went around for consultations ㅂㄷㅂㄷ ㅡㅡ I’m still recovering and wearing a splint, but even just looking at the nasal tip photo, I can feel that it’s changed ㅡㅡ I’ll upload photos after taking off the splint. Please, please let it turn out well…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
