I’m 4 weeks after complete removal, but even after removal, when I lie with my head turned to the side, it feels like it’s pulling to one side. The left side doesn’t do that, but when I tilt my head to the right, there’s still a slight pulling-to-one-side feeling lol. Can this happen even after removal?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
