I had rhinoplasty using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but it looks too much like Pinocchio and it’s stressing me out, so I’m thinking about having it removed. Would you recommend removal, or would you recommend getting an AS/revision at the clinic? My natural nose was originally large, slightly hump-nosed, and droopy. Please also tell me about septal reinforcement ㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
