For people who had removal, is there a big difference in shape between a surgically altered nose and a nose after removal? I like the shape of my nose after surgery, but I’m considering removal because of the height of the nose and slight show-through at the nasal tip. If I remove it, the shape will probably change a lot, right? Since I had alar reduction done, I don’t think it’ll go completely back to my original nose, but I’m curious whether it’ll become flat and broad again. If I remove the silicone and touch up the tip a bit, would the shape stay somewhat defined? I want to get away from having a high nose, but I’m worried that if the shape changes too, I’ll start wanting revision surgery again.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
