I have a silicone fake nose that’s over 15 years old, and recently the foreign-body sensation has just been bothering me, so I wanted to remove it and have revision surgery without an implant, so I went for consultations. I consulted at several hospitals, and among them, there are 3 places I’m considering. They’re all private clinics, and I mainly looked for places with doctors who have long experience. The surgery plans were all similar: remove the implant, use donated dermis for the nasal bridge, and shape the nasal tip using ear cartilage. 1 Removal specialist. Assessed the situation only by palpation. Said it is not contracture or inflammation. Pros: They first brought up the parts I was concerned about and said improvement is possible…
