In the end, I had surgery with the director who said they would design it to suit my face I didn’t want to use rib cartilage and absolutely wanted to do it with septal cartilage, and thankfully I was able to have the surgery using septal cartilage The final diagnosis was about septal cartilage + bulbous nose + osteotomy + raising the nasolabial angle + silicone lol
Looking at the photos now, can you see that the swelling has gone down much more than before? Everyone worried about a bulbous nose or hump nose... don’t get filler, get surgery. Filler hurts more, for real lol I raised the nasal bridge and tip with 5 mm silicone + septal cartilage, and if you’re curious about the price including the nasolabial angle + bulbous nose osteotomy and, like... actual filler removal and all that, I’ll let you know.
