I got something red and pimple-like up on the tip of my nose. Could it be inflammation? When I touch it, it’s painful like a pustular acne, but there is no separate heat sensation. I was prescribed minocycline at the dermatology clinic and am taking it, but it’s not getting better. It hasn’t become worse, but I’m still worried.
