When I look at my nose, only one nostril wing has a mark near the nasal tip area that looks pinched. When I put my finger inside that nostril and feel around, the inner wall on the nasal tip side of that nostril is uneven and I can feel something there, only in that spot. If this gets resolved, would the pinched-looking appearance become a bit less noticeable?
