After my nose surgery, the nasal tip has gradually drooped, so there isn’t much difference from my original nose anymore, and it feels like the shape has gotten a bit stranger. Honestly, autologous costal cartilage itself scares me, so I also thought about using donated costal cartilage, but that makes me uneasy in its own way too, so I’m thinking of just going with autologous costal cartilage.
