I’m a failed rhinoplasty case with crooked silicone on the nasal bridge, a step-off on the nasal bridge, uneven nostrils, open rhinoplasty scars, etc. It has been over 20 years since the surgery, and since complications kept happening at one clinic, I have already had three surgeriesㅠㅠ This time I just want to remove everything, but I’m worried because my old nose was really ugly. Would it be better to remove everything first and then decide based on the situation and have revision surgery later, or would it be better to just do revision while already going in for surgery? Cost aside, I feel like opening the nose repeatedly would be badㅜㅜㅜ I also want to hear opinions from people who had removal and then surgery again

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
