Just like the title says, I’m really torn about whether to leave the support strut. Since it’s an extension graft, my smile looks seriously unnatural, but if I’m too scared of collapse, do people just accept the facial expression issues and stiffness and leave it in? Everyone who has a support strut, how stiff is your nose? It doesn’t spread when you smile, right? There are also limits to facial expressions, and since mine is an extension graft using rib cartilage, it’s almost like stone.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
