Is there anyone who still has trouble breathing even after complete nose removal? ㅠㅠ It was septal extension, nasal bridge, nasal tip, and autologous costal cartilage.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
