No one noticed, and when I told them I had my silicone implant removed, they asked why I did it because it still looks so pretty even after removal My natural nose isn’t prettyㅜㅜ I really have no nasal bridge at all. But while removing the silicone, they repositioned the cartilage and rebuilt the nasal support so my nose wouldn’t collapse, and they said this is exactly implant-free rhinoplasty Honestly, the best thing would have been not getting nose surgery at all, but at least I feel like I’ve gotten a bit away from the risk of side effects But I’m really so satisfied right now with a place that removes it well and beautifully shapes the final result…
