I had everything removed after just 10 days, and now it’s day 11 since the full removal. Maybe it’s because of the bulbous nose correction from my botched first surgery, but my nasal tip has lifted, so the shape of my nasal alae and nostrils has changed ㅜ When I smile, my nose doesn’t spread, so I can’t smile ㅜ It’s so uncomfortable and I can’t smile. Is it because it’s tied with sutures? When on earth will this loosen? I really miss my natural old original nose that used to spread naturally when I smiled ㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
