When I look at the premium reviews here, there are quite a lot of reviews saying their rhinoplasty, including removal, went badly at ㅍㄹㅁ. Does anyone know why it’s considered one of the top 3?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
