I had surgery yesterday.. An acquaintance did it for me.. They said my nose tip had no strength and my bridge was wide and low, so it was a difficult nose to work on. I almost decided not to do it, but after my mother strongly recommended it, I went ahead. They used soft Silly, and the silicone was wide.. They also showed me the silicone they removed from a bad revision surgery, and the material was much softer and wider, so it didn’t look obvious, so I only raised the bridge a little. I really hate it looking obvious, so I didn’t touch the alar area at all (my bridge is low and the alar area is a bit low-set..) I got an IV for the first time. They suddenly cut the silicone to fit my nose.. then put the anesthetic into the IV. I got dizzy all of a sudden and then didn’t feel anything. I was conscious the whole time.. The feeling of the silicone being inserted in the middle was really intense /ㅠㅠ Then my mom came in and showed me the shape of my nose, and it was really natural, so I immediately said it looks just right. Then they said they wouldn’t do it again and would go with this one, so they stitched it up right away.. They went in through the inside of the right nostril, so there’s no scar.. But since it’s only the second day now, there’s a lot of swelling between my eyebrows, so my eyes look completely pulled tight.. If this goes down quickly, will I go back to normal?? My eyes were already a little slanted in front, so I’m worried.;;; They told me not to do ice packs anymore.. only on the day of surgery... For now I’m just reading posts here, drinking lots of water.. I’m doing foot baths once a day and things like that... Anyway, I’m so happy I’m satisfied...^^ Will the pulling at the inner corners of my eyes and between my eyebrows go back to normal??? Is it okay not to do any more compresses?
