I’m planning to get revision rhinoplasty because of an issue with my nasal tip drooping. Among nose-specialized clinics, I’ve been to ㅋㅂㅈ and ㅇㅇ. I visited those places because I’m looking into autologous costal cartilage, and right now I’m also considering 431, ㄷㄴ, and ㅁㅇㅌ, but I’ve seen reviews saying it’s really hard to make a reservation at ㄷㄴ. Are there any other places worth visiting that specialize in autologous costal cartilage?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
