Hi, I’ve just started looking into plastic surgery. I understand the causes of contracture or nasal cartilage show-through because they’re written above, but does nose removal mean removing something that was put into the nose, or does it mean removing some anatomical part of the nose? The wording is a bit confusing, so I’m asking.
