Is there anyone who had their columella projected with cartilage and then had it removed?ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I had the nasolabial angle done too. My original columella wasn’t sunken or anything; I just wanted my nose to look longer, so I had the columella brought out, but honestly it’s so hard that I’m thinking of removing it. It pulls on my original bone too, so it hurts so muchㅠㅠㅠ Especially every time I smile, and when I smile it feels like it’s about to turn or shift. But I’m planning to remove this after 3-6 months. Will my original columella get pushed back in or something? My nose is already shortㅠㅠ I’m so worried.
