Just like the title says, where do you think would be better between the two? I had it done without an implant, but maybe because of inflammation, I think contracture has developedㅜㅜㅜㅜ I want to get revision surgery quickly, but I feel lost about what to do. Do you think you would do it at the place where you originally had it done, or at a place specializing in removal? I also feel like the place where I had it done might know my nose best.
