Removal due to cartilage show-through / full removal / Sㅇ consultation review

Hi everyone, this time I went to Sㅇ. After taking a CT scan and palpating my nose, they said there were no signs of inflammation or contracture. They said the redness on my nasal bridge was because during my 2nd or 3rd surgery, too much of the tissue inside my nose had been cut away, so both my nasal bridge and nasal tip were showing through, and that it was a severe case. They said I originally had a bulbous nose, but compared with my original nose, my nasal ala had become so pointed that it looked like a Michael Jackson nose. They recommended only full removal, without even adding dermis. All this time I thought it was red because of inflammation, but it was simply because it had become really, really thin, and as the donated costal cartilage and donated dermis were all absorbed, the silicone and cartilage…
