My eyes were a revision surgery.. I had full-incision double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction.. and a muscle-strengthening procedure. They said my preoperative double eyelid was 14 mm.. The doctor said it was the maximum!! in millimeters.. haha On top of that, with ptosis, during my previous surgery one muscle had been cut, while the other muscle was left as it was, so it must have been hard for them trying to match both sides. It was hard for me too. My nose was my first surgery. They said that compared with my face size and overall body frame, the height, width, and length of my nose were too low/small, so they lengthened and lifted the nasal tip as much as possible, and raised the glabella to match that height. Honestly, I wanted a semi-upturned, gently curved nose like Han Ga-in or Kim Sun-a, but my nasal tip feels a bit droopy. Now I think I understand why people who have had plastic surgery keep getting more done. The nasal bridge is silicone, and the nasal tip was done with some cartilage.. septal cartilage maybe?? Taken from inside the nose... People who know me would burst out laughing if they saw this.. haha After surgery I got a nickname.. They call me Bonjour.. saying I look French... But I'm going to try to think positively. If I keep thinking it's long and droopy, I think I'll get upset. First I'll watch it for 6 months, and if it still looks strange then, I'll go and ask them to redo it.. well.. Or I'll just live with it.. Also, different doctors did my eyes and nose.. One person did the eyes.. One person did the nose.. If only it weren't a bit droopy, I'd be 90 percent satisfied.. What a shame...
