I had under-eye fat repositioning yesterday. 2 years ago, I had under-eye fat removal, but even after the removal, I still had dark circles..ㅜㅡ Every time I smiled, it bothered me, and after taking photos I always had to touch them up in Photoshop... the pressure! After the fat removal, when I was still, the fat didn’t show, but it only protruded slightly when I smiled, and that was stressful, so I had it done yesterday in Apgujeong. Since I was coming up from the provinces, it was my first time going to the Apgujeong plastic surgery area, and wow~ there really were so many.. It was like a gathering place for the plastic surgery clinics I had only seen on this community.. lol When I first had the consultation, the doctor said that dark circles that only show when smiling may not improve even after surgery, so he didn’t readily recommend surgery, but I got on the operating table with hope anyway. And because I’m the type who doesn’t respond well to anesthesia, to the point that the director found it unusual, I got a ton of local anesthetic injections during the surgery lol (though I am also a bit dramatic about pain.. lol) Even now there’s still a slight throbbing feeling, but I’m trying to think positively that once the swelling goes down, I’ll be able to smile comfortably now... lol I’ll post another review a week after getting the stitches removed! There don’t seem to be many reviews of fat repositioning.. lol ;Fat removal and repositioning are different, so for those thinking about fat removal, I strongly recommend repositioning! I heard that if you remove it, there’s a possibility it can recur.. Repositioning has no chance of recurrence and is permanent, so if you’re going to do it anyway, get repositioning~ ^^ It also seems to make the face look brighter, so I think it’s good lol
