I had surgery last November, and number 1 is my current state. I need to have revision surgery again, and I wanted to ask for advice on what I should do. Whether it would be better to do it like number 2.. or whether it would be better to shave down the nasal dorsum like number 3... If I shave the nasal dorsum, it will swell a lot, so if there isn’t much difference, I’m also thinking of not shaving it. The doctor also did say I don’t have to shave the nasal dorsum.. but if I do shave it, it may look a bit more feminine.. If I do it like number 2, it also has a natural feel.. ah.. From your point of view, please tell me which one would be better~ Oh, and are numbers 2 and 3 a beoseon nose or a semi-beoseon nose?
