Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Second story of a successful nose surgery (^^ the first reaction was more than I expected...

I uploaded a review at first, and so many people sent me private messages that even replying to them was hard ^^ As I mentioned then, I raised the bridge by 3 mm with silicone, slightly reduced the hump, and adjusted the slight bend in the nasal bone^^ It has already been a year since the surgery These days, I go out in the evenings with friends and roam around here and there, and it’s fun^^ Even now, it looks as refined as a celebrity’s face, yet soft and with a clearly defined line, but never obviously operated on, like a natural nose!! I’ll share my own know-how from my nose surgery experience And also, back then I told you my friends were working at a plastic surgery clinic in the Gangnam area, so when you asked in private messages where it was, I told you, and then got scolded by my friend, so if you send me messages this time, I can’t help with requests like where they work or asking for introductions (I got a ton of flak for that then ㅜ_ㅡ ) Then I’ll talk about how to do consultations this time 1. Give up greed (even doctors sometimes think, when faced with reckless surgical demands, "You should come back after changing your original facial structure..") What I mean by giving up greed is that you should think of it as making your own features a little better from your original base For example, even if someone with a short nose has a strong fantasy about having a long nose, the nose really won’t become that long (I heard surgery to lengthen the nose is really difficult) 2. Do not become your own doctor There are often people who, with their own half-baked knowledge, decide everything themselves - how the eyes should be, how the nose should be - and tell the doctor to just perform the surgery, but plastic surgery is not just about cutting and operating. One of the essentials for a plastic surgeon is a sense of design Designing a face means choosing the form of surgery that best suits that patient’s face, but if an amateur ignores the original structure and decides based only on wishful thinking, revision surgery is bound to happen... For example, if you increase the nasal bridge between the eyes on your current nose, your eyes may look a little closer together and your impression may become colder. Hearing from a friend that there was even someone who ignored the doctor’s warning, went ahead, and then later demanded that the hospital pay them back because it turned out that way, you can’t help but think it’s absurd That is why you should never make the decision yourself No matter how much you insist that the result was bad, it is 100% your responsibility (refunds, free revision surgery? absolutely none of that) 3. The purpose of consultation is the doctor-patient agreement on the expected surgical result Consultation is not a one-sided conversation. The reason for a consultation is to learn the doctor’s opinion about my face, communicate my opinion to the doctor, and then decide the final expected surgical shape and cost Let me briefly talk about the cost. You usually ask a lot about prices, but as everyone knows, plastic surgery is customized surgery, so prices cannot be set like ready-made clothing. In the end, even if the surgery is the same, the cost varies depending on your own condition, that is, the difficulty of the surgery So if you want to estimate the cost in advance, you must!! visit the clinic, get a consultation, and ask about the price That price is the surgery cost you want to know These days, there are so many plastic surgery clinics even in Gangnam that most rhinoplasty prices are more or less similar. Of course, there are districts where a cluster of clinics charges more than others (that does not necessarily mean they are significantly better) In Gangnam, you have to have basic plastic surgery skill to survive (among them, of course, there are some really bad places) 4. Find a doctor with few patients who suffered side effects!! Among the plastic surgery clinics gathered in Gangnam, the biggest plastic surgery hub in Korea, a clinic with absolutely no patients who had side effects? There is no such place. If there were, that director would truly be the best plastic surgeon But based on my experience and the experience of friends who work as plastic surgery nurses, that is my personal view. Therefore, you need to find a doctor with as few side-effect patients as possible. Of course, the best thing is to go through an introduction from a friend who had surgery, but even that is not exact, so even if you get a referral, you should still look into the clinic in detail before going I’ll stop here^^ It seems a bit long, but anyway, I wrote this by combining the vast(?) knowledge I know and what my plastic surgery nurse friends told me, trying to keep it as objective as possible^^ If you have any more questions, send me a private message anytime (I’m a salaried worker too, so my replies may be slow^^ )
