I had buried-incision double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty - but,,

Somehow I have this ominous feeling that once the swelling goes down, it’ll just end up looking like my old eyes with just one line added When you get double eyelid surgery, of course you do it hoping your eyes will look bigger -_ I had it done this Tuesday, so today is day 4 lol People around me kept saying it was like it wasn’t even really double eyelid surgery, so I went up on the operating table without thinking much,, but I thought I was going to die from the pain When they did the epicanthoplasty, I could hear all the snipping scissor sounds (but it didn’t hurt;) and I could feel the stitches being sewn too; I don’t know why it hurt so much for me, but I kept crying -_-; The doctor was like, student, why do you keep crying;; Somehow I also felt like I’d been tricked lol (because I expected it wouldn’t hurt; lol) It’s day 4 now and I can only open my eyes halfway Like a sleepy person; is it normally like this?;; The left side is okay, but the right side has a blood bruise - _-; keough;; It’s totally scary, like a monster;; lol I heard pumpkin juice helps swelling go down, so I ordered some and I’m just waiting for it to arrive haha I was originally supposed to get the stitches removed on Sunday, but Sunday is Lunar New Year and Monday is a holiday too So in the end I decided to get them removed on Tuesday Later, once the swelling goes down and everything settles, I’ll do a before-and-after and post it in the photo section lol I got a lot of information from this community too, so I want to give back haha After school starts, what I’m most worried about is,, not hearing people behind my back say, ‘She got double eyelid surgery’ (because that’s true;;), but hearing things like, it looked way better before, she wasted her money;; That’s what scares me most If I got double eyelids and became prettier, at least it wouldn’t feel unfair Anyway, I have so many worries; sigh;; Lastly,, Happy New Year~ haha and may you get New Year’s money too,, lolol
