Excuse me.... everyone who had surgery .... I have something I'm curious about.... First, I'm going to narrow the alae of the nose. And I'm going to raise the nasal tip. Because the nostrils are visible, if I slightly lower the current nasal tip cartilage so it covers the nostrils, then from the front the nose would look longer, and from the side, could the rounded part be made into an upright straight line with a column and ear cartilage, so the side line extends out in a straight line?
