2nd day after surgery

There really is nothing more monstrous than this. I steal all the attention from people walking by~ And from my nose, some kind of crazy runny nose is flowing it's unbelievable. I had been wanting this since a year ago, and this time I finally insisted that I absolutely had to do it, pestering my parents over and over and went into the plastic surgery clinic, but during the consultation there were slight differences. Some said my skin is thin so they couldn't raise it more than 3 mm, others said up to 4 mm was fine, and some places said to use AlloDerm and ear cartilage, lol. My own wish was to raise it 4 mm so I could have a sharper look, but my mother said to raise it naturally by 3 mm and have it look sharp. In the end, I lost to my mother, so I had the surgery with 3 mm, using ear cartilage, from a doctor who strongly pursues a very natural beauty. I couldn't sleep at all the night before surgery, and when I went at 10 o'clock and lay down on the operating table, maybe the nurse was a beginner... She made holes in my arm three times when inserting the IV... Ugh......... and then the doctor came, drew on my face, and told me to count numbers in my mind~ I was counting 1, 2, 3,..... and suddenly a yellow light flashed all at once~~ and after that it felt like going into a tunnel, and there was a buzzing sound in my ears, and the most bizarre thing was that even under sleep anesthesia, the sound of cutting the ear cartilage was visible even in my dreams. While I was counting, a little blood splattered into my eyes, so the blood stain seemed to stay clearly visible in my eyes the whole time. Ugh... When the sleep anesthesia wore off, they were filing my nose with something weird, not with that stone-grinding kind of tool~ and taking the silicone out and putting it back in several times, then taking out the cartilage again ... honestly, the sound of taking out the cartilage was the highlight!!!!! Then they flipped my nose over and made the space for the silicone -_-;;; Ugh... anyway, that time was so boring that during the surgery I even thought about just jumping up and running out there'''ㅋㅋ It took much longer in the final finishing part than it did to place the silicone in my nose and get everything settled - the time really dragged on~ While stitching, the silicone showed through in the middle, so they had to do it again -_-;;;; I'm seriously worried about the future ㅠㅜ Anyway, I came home and my nose felt so stuffy, I couldn't even eat, and I barely fell asleep. Then in the morning I looked in the mirror while getting ready to go to the hospital again and I was shocked.. my face was extremely swollen. Even my eyes are so swollen now ㅠㅜ I can't even roam around outside.... They say the swelling goes down by the time the bandages come off... sigh... Please, at least let it settle down by Christmas... Right, lol, I also wanted to smoke so badly that on the second day... yesterday I smoked two sticks... today one stick. I'm afraid something will go wrong.. lol
