4 days after fat injection

Since it's only day 4, maybe I shouldn't be hasty.. but right now, I really wish my face would go back to how it was before.. I thought the swelling from fat injection wouldn't be too bad, so after surgery I stayed in a goshiwon for 3 days and planned to go home later. I told people I was going on an MT from school and things like that.. Today I came home naturally, but as soon as my mom saw my face, she started freaking out, saying, "Why does your face look like that?!" She said my face had become really strange.. So I forgot all the lies I was going to tell (like saying I got swollen from drinking) and was so shocked.. I just cried. Honestly, when I was alone in the goshiwon and looked in the mirror, it didn't seem noticeable and I thought it looked better.. but maybe it really is just my own imagination. My friend also said, "What's wrong with your face? Are you sick? You look like you're unwell," and my mom said I looked like a cranky person, the kind of face she hates most.. After hearing that and looking in the mirror myself, I really felt like the fat had moved down under my cheeks, or the swelling had dropped, and it looked so, so strange.. Now it's exam period so I can't miss school, and in a week my boyfriend who went into the army is coming out on leave.. I'm seriously going crazy.. I scheduled the surgery to fit exactly 2 weeks because I heard that's when you look best.. But then I read the reviews again here and there are people who say that even after a month it still doesn't go down, and usually those are cases where the fat has dropped downward and they end up looking like a bulldog or a pufferfish.. I think that's my case too.. I really understand now what people mean when they say they're going crazy.. I can't sleep. I think I had too much fantasy about plastic surgery.. I thought if I just spent the money, I'd become pretty. I even have genioplasty scheduled for Tuesday.. but I don't think I'm going to do it.. I'm scared it'll get even worse.. I had nose surgery before too, and I need a revision for that as well, but I'm really scared.. It's all a waste of money and time, but more than wasting that, I'm so angry at myself.. It's not like I just got it done anywhere randomly either.. I came to this community every day and made my decision after getting consultations everywhere.. Maybe if it's not good, it's just not good.. For now, I'm going to wait just one more week, and if I don't see any sign of more swelling going down, I'm going to have the fat removed.. I feel like I'm going to get depressed.. They said my impression has gotten worse..
