I had rhinoplasty using ear cartilage, and they left the back of my ear like this. It’s been over 3 weeks since the surgery, and when I look at other cases using ear cartilage, they made the incision along the shape of the ear so it wouldn’t show. Why did they do it like this? It’s so gross and scary. I even told them I have keloid-prone skin and scar easily. Is this right?
