This is my 2-week review after getting alar reduction at Apgujeong ㅇㄴㅁㄷ. From the start, rather than implants, I wanted to tidy up only my wide alar base, which looked very spread out when I smiled, and after consulting with the director, we decided to proceed with alar reduction only.
