There are probably a lot of people worried about having a bulbous nose, and I was one of them too haha. Because of my bulbous nose, I hated taking photos from the front, and since taking them from the side at least made it not look like a bulbous nose, I lived taking only side-profile photos every day I did wonder whether just alar reduction would fix the bulbous nose, but I felt that if the root cause wasn’t addressed, I wouldn’t get the result I wanted. So while looking for a clinic that could properly improve a bulbous nose, I ended up having surgery haha. After surgery, when I look from the front, the nasal dorsum is definitely more defined, so the bulbous-nose feeling is completely gone…
