Bulbous nose improvement x, revision surgery for drooping nasal tip

I had my first surgery at a hospital in Gangnam using silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, but the bulbous-looking nose didn’t improve, my nasal tip drooped, and there were many other unsatisfactory parts, so I had revision surgery. To get the shape I wanted, the remaining cartilage wasn’t enough, so I had it done using silicone and autologous costal cartilage. Now, at 5 months, I’m satisfied. Honestly, I was most worried about pain, but except for the very early period it was manageable, and occasionally there was a throbbing pain that startled me. After 3 weeks to a month, I lived without paying attention to it. The scar from harvesting autologous costal cartilage usually lasts a long time for me even when I just scrape my knee, and when I’m out and about it doesn’t show…
