When I had fat grafting, they took fat from my thighs, and the doctor said the bruises would last a long time. He said there could even be marks left like a burn.. wow..- -;; Sure enough, the insides of both thighs were a sea of blood.. I couldn't just leave it like that! So first I used a lancet for bloodletting (the device you use to prick your hand when you have indigestion. They sell it at medical supply stores) and, while enduring the pain, I kept stabbing away. Ruthlessly.. Then dark blood really did come out in little beads, just like when you have indigestion.. well, it looks a little ugly, but not that disgusting.. It doesn't hurt that badly either.. After the bloodletting, I wiped the area with hydrogen peroxide and used moxibustion patches (stick-on mugwort moxa. You can buy these at herbal medicine shops or medical supply stores too). Then I also did an aromatherapy massage... After that, now it's been one week.. the bruising has gone down a lot. A little remains, but since even that area is getting some blood color back, it seems like it will mostly fade soon.. Anyway, I was really worried I'd be left with blood bruises, so you all should try this method and that method like I did and don't leave blood bruise marks behind~~ But it still stings a little and hurts..ㅜㅡ
