My implant was crooked, so I had revision rhinoplasty

5 years ago, I had rhinoplasty using silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage. It wasn't that I developed inflammation, but I could visibly see that the silicone placed in the bridge was crooked. And from the start, I wasn't satisfied with the nasal tip height or the overall line, so I started thinking about revision surgery. Especially after seeing the silicone become crooked once, my worries about implants grew. So at first, I considered complete removal and looked into several hospitals, but after consultations, I felt like I could undergo revision surgery safely without removing it. At first, the consultant recommended doing it with autologous costal cartilage...
